The
broken jetty
and
the clouds over the water -
swag
bags of rain slung
over
shoulders, slate grey clouds
that
don’t look back.
The
ripples on the water
have
a slick look to them
the
reflection of the high bridge -
where
the trains still pass -
near-perfect
